The Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman are design classics first produced in 1956. We have been restoring these for a number of years and are able to replace cushions, reupholster cushions, restore woodwork, replace shock mounts and supply new backboards for cushions.

These chairs have been in production for 60 years and thus there are now many out there that are in need of restoration.

Here we have a Vitra 2007 chair recovered in Crest Legacy Aniline Leather

A white upholstered lounge chair with a high backrest and armrests, showing signs of wear with visible creases and soft cushions, positioned in a cluttered room.

This pair was made in 1975, and it is fair to say that they have been well used over the years. The owners love these chairs and want to be able to continue to use them everyday. We have reupholstered them to get them looking and feeling great again.

This chair is a 1960 Herman Miller version. Our customer didn’t want it to look brand new, and thus the foam and feather inserts were not replaced, creating that lived in look…

The backboard to the cushions were replaced, and the rosewood veneer which was split and sun faded has been repaired and lightly restored

Reproduction Chairs

There are many reproductions of this classic. Some of great quality, and some not so much!

This one is a good build with quality hardware. We have reupholstered it in a leather manufactured in Scandinavia to match the customer’s designer sofa and chairs.
