Job Title: Part time Office Administrator
Part time/permanent: 10 -15 hours per week (flexibility on days and start and finish times)
Remuneration: £8.00-£9.00ph (depending on experience)
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our close-knit team at The Leather Surgeons.
The role is for general administration but there is scope to expand the role as the business grows.
The main duties include:
– Answering the phone
– Arranging quotes and/or bookings
– Assisting with the completion of job reports
– Assisting with the purchasing of materials
– Sorting the post
– Managing diaries
– Dealing directly with customers and handling complaints
– Strong Organisational skills
– Confidence using email, Word and Excel and ability and willingness to learn bespoke IT system
– Ability to plan your own work and show initiative
– Good oral and written communication skills
– Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
– A basic knowledge of accounting is advantageous but not a requirement
